Hi guys！ I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Sketch House from 18th April to 26th Aug. It's a standard ensuite room. The rent is £176 a week. The location is super convenient ( 7-minute tube ride from CSM and 15mins from LCF). I've left a mini fridge and some living goods in the room as gifts for you, so the price of is very temping！
The flat itself is very nice, all the people living there are clean and outgoing.we have an amazing kitchen which is very big with the big french window on two sides.
